Wow, it looks like Usher has some curiousity:

USHER is reportedly demanding a paternity test to confirm he is the father of his youngest son with estranged wife TAMEKA FOSTER – because the former couple’s sex life was virtually non-existent when the tot was conceived.

The R&B superstar filed for divorce last month (12Jun09), revealing he had been living apart from the stylist since July 2008 and stating that there was “no reasonable hope of reconciliation”.
According to the National Enquirer, Usher was stunned to learn Foster was pregnant last year – because the passion in their marriage had fizzled out months before little Naviyd Ely Raymond was born on 10 December (08).

A source tells the tabloid, “The first thing Usher said was, ‘How did this happen?’ – because he was gone a lot, and their sex life was very, very limited.

“People have been telling him that around the time the little boy was conceived, Tameka got together with another man.”

But Foster is adamant the boy is the Yeah! hitmaker’s, and claims the tot was conceived during a rare night of intimacy.

The insider adds, “She says that although they weren’t spending much time together, they did get together for one night of passion. And that’s when she got pregnant.”

In new court documents filed in Atlanta, Georgia on Monday (29Jun09), Foster insists the divorce came as a shock to her because they were “intimately together” just days before he began proceedings for a legal separation.

Her attorney continued, “(Foster) had every reason to believe her marriage was intact.”
Foster is seeking child support for the former couple’s two children Usher Raymond V, 19 months, and Naviyd, almost seven months, in addition to legal costs.

Usher is seeking joint custody of his kids.

Tameka better hope and pray that Usher is the papa.  I personally think that this kid is Usher’s. He looks alot like him.

We told you guys yesterday about Rihanna’s buckshots while practicing her tatoo skills, but we felled to tell you guys that she was doing something that was against the law:

RIHANNA has caused an ink stink in New York after she was caught moonlighting as a tattoo artist. The singer was spotted wielding a needle in Manhattan parlour East Side Ink on Wednesday night (01Jul09), reports say that she etched umbrella designs and the letter R on three resident artists. The session could end up costing her dear, because tattooists need a license to hold a needle in New York. Lawmakers tell the website Rihanna could be fined almost $2,000 (GBP1,300) for the three misdemeanor offenses. A New York City Health Department Spokesperson says, “Only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the City’s Health Code. We are sending someone down to follow up on this.”-WENN Newsdesk

Poor girl. She can’t stay out of the spotlight to save her life.

I think that this is kind of interesting, but The Game has officially apologized to 50 Cent for the beef between them:

I wonder if he’s really serious about this and I also wonder what 50 Cent will say in response.

Pieces from the Q&A:

How did your collaboration with Louis Vuitton come about?
I already knew and looked up to Marc Jacobs. Then Louis Vuitton called me and said they had this idea for me to do shoes. I was really excited about the opportunity. I don’t know if they quite knew what they were getting into asking me to help create something!

How did you work with the teams from Louis Vuitton?
We’d fly out there. They’d have ideas. I’d have ideas and I’d start sketching. I just sketched every idea in my head, women’s, men’s, everything. In the end Louis Vuitton had to narrow it down because I had SO many ideas that I wanted to get out.

How would you define your style?
An expression of what I’m feeling today.

Who is an exception to that rule?
The singer, Rihanna, who is 21. She’s kind of like a genius because regardless of how many stylists she has, I know she does it on her own. That’s an innate talent, having style like that. It’s kind of like the way people play sport, some people just hit the shoots into the net better. Yeah. Fashion is a sport in a way.

Who are your fashion icons?
Michael Jackson is the best dressed person of all time. Not today, I can’t say that, but in his hey day. When he was wearing all those jackets covered in Swarovski crystals. And then all those leather jackets and Mickey Mouse t-shirts and those tailored pants and penny loafers. Michael Jackson, he was for real.

What projects are you working on at present?

I’m in the middle of doing a video with Jared Leto and his band 30 Seconds To Mars. I’m doing a video with the photographer Stephen Klein called ‘Say You Will’. I’m also shooting a video with the director Spike Jonze. Oh and this morning I worked on the video for my song Robocop. My girlfriend got her whole body moulded in prosthetics so she could play a Barbie doll in it. They made the exact shape of her breasts, but with no nipples, just like Barbie…..

You seem pretty sanguine about your celebrity, and the effect celebrity has had on you. Are you happy?
I’m at war with myself. I know I am in danger of cannibalizing myself, of talking about myself to death. My whole life for the past five years has been all about me.

So what now?
Well, there’s nothing more I could do with my life right now than to make it about helping other people.

What are your goals, then?
If it’s the last thing I do, I want to drop all the bravado that most urban rap artists carry. I want to make new good stuff and not brag about it. Just to do it. One of the other things I’m going to do is to take my next fee—I charge at least $100,000 a verse—and donate it to my charity (the Dr Donda West foundation he started up with his late mother to combat high school drop out rates).

Although Eminem is probably one of the best lyricists out, sometimes its hard for me to take him seriously with all the parodies and jokes. For the first time, I was really able to listen...definitely a good look for Em. :)

Complex Magazine talked to Drake about the BET fiasco. Drake explains what happened with the pre-teens being up on stage with them during “Every Girl”, why he chose to perform with a hurt ACL, and his alleged $4 mill deal with Wayne’s Young Money:

Complex: There were rumors of a $4 million bonus…

Drake: [Laughs] Where is it? Tell me where it is, I’ll go pick it up right now. I got some money. I got a little money. I’ll be alright for a couple months.
Complex: Damn, that’s horrible. At the BET Awards this past Sunday, everyone was shocked to see you sitting on a stool. Did you ever think to yourself, Maybe I shouldn’t perform?

Drake: That, actually—to be honest—was a terrible idea that I’ll never do to myself again. [Laughs] But I was being pressed from different areas to perform, and I think what really happened at the BET Awards is with the passing of Mike, the climate really changed, as far as the award show goes. I don’t think it called for us to perform “Every Girl” and “Always Strapped,” and I think it was an award show filled with tributes and music and these genuine heartfelt speeches. And to sort of climax out of a very tongue-in-cheek point, and then people misconstruing Wayne’s daughters and her friends coming out on stage…

Complex: Yeah, it really was an awkward moment.

Drake: Yeah, it was just timed very poorly and it definitely wasn’t planned like that, but with that being said, it is what is. I believe in Wayne and myself and it’s nothing we can’t bounce back from. To anyone who was offended, my personal apologies, it wasn’t intended to offend anybody.

Complex: Watching it at home, the BET Awards seemed to be a mess. Did it seem that way in person?

Drake: Well, I can only speak for my portion of it. I had asked for something very specific for my performance and none of those were met, as far as production value, so…

Complex: That’s BET for you…

Drake: I understood my situation, as far as sitting in one place, and figured there was a way to make it interesting. But when I looked around and noticed that none of that was going on [laughs], I kind of just realized that it was going to be a loss for me. But at the end of the day, it is what it is.

I’m actually happy he cleared that up because I’m definitely a big fan of Drake and whatever happened it wasn’t a good look.
